This past week we gathered a group of recognized future leaders at Kerr from across our Atlantic Canadian branches to participate in a series of management training exercises and seminars. We were so happy to receive the response we did from these sessions. It is not just about providing technical training to our staff, but also giving them the opportunity to expand on their knowledge and skills when it comes to best practices in management and business processes. This will help to better support their teams and in turn serve our customers more efficiently. We look forward to seeing what they bring back to each of their Kerr Branches. We always make time for some fun team bonding as well and want to thank Halimac Axe Throwing for hosting our group!
