The Canadian safety standard for Type A chimneys (CAN/ULC S-60) qualifies it for use with gas and liquid fuel-fired appliances where the fuel gas temperatures do not exceed 540 deg. C. Ultra-Temp is a Double Wall Stainless steel Chimney packed with one inch of premium fibre insulation. The thermal protection provided by the insulation helps maintain low temperatures on outer casing.
Wall Band is used along an outside wall to provide for 2" clearance. Required at 8 foot or closer intervals above the tee to stabilize the chimney.
