The Canadian safety standard for Type A chimneys (CAN/ULC S-60) qualifies it for use with gas and liquid fuel-fired appliances where the fuel gas temperatures do not exceed 540 deg. C. Ultra-Temp is a Double Wall Stainless Steel Chimney packed with one inch of premium fibre insulation. The thermal protection provided by the insulation helps maintain low temperatures on outer casing.
Firestop Spacer provides additional protection when the chimney passes through combustible materials. It can also be used to finish areas where the chimney passes through non-combustible materials.
